Mark Hamill Joins Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s Army Fundraising Effort

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has tapped Luke Skywalker actor Mark Hamill to raise funds for his country’s military effort against aggressor Russia.

The star has been named an ambassador for Ukraine’s UNITED24 fundraising platform, the move was announced on Thursday. Hamil will be properly assisted in raising funds to purchase drones for the Ukrainian military.

According to the Ukrainian government, the UNITED24 program has so far raised $180 million from international supporters.
