A new one Overwatch 2 Bug traps both teams in his spin with an overtime timer that never seems to end. While this latest bug is a major annoyance for players who experience it, it’s just one more in an already long list of issues. Overwatch 2 Originally launched at the beginning of October and with the game moving to be free to play, there was no shortage of players trying to log in. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned for the servers. Overwatch 2 Errors, long queues, and even multiple DDoS attacks were encountered.
Blizzard finally fixed the login issues and fans were able to experience all the returning content as well as new additions to the game. However, players continued to experience a variety of strange issues including visual problems resulting in the ship moving backwards towards Watchpoint: Gibraltar’s map, a glitch that caused Anna to D. Using the Nano Boost ability on Va gave 5 million points of damage reduction. Which not only wiped out their gold coins when buying Hammond bundles but also brought them into negative balance.
While many of them don’t have much of an impact on gameplay, the latest Overwatch 2 Bugs reported by fans can be particularly nasty. New posts on Overwatch And Overwatch 2 subReddits highlights a bug that makes it look like matches are about to end. In a post by _pride_of_VPI, an escort match had just finished, with the attacking team claiming victory as the payload reached the end of the road. However, instead of the game ending, the attacking players were sent back to the spin room with the door closed and the game timer changed to a timer that read 5:59. The game eventually went on for more than an hour Overwatch 2 Eliminated it for taking too much time.
Another post by FRIENSHIP_MASTER had a similar experience where the enemy team got stuck in their spawn and were unable to get out. Unlike the other game, the timer changed to overtime, but the bar never completely finished, leaving players stuck around an hour early. Overwatch 2 Turn things off again to last too long. Funnily enough, during this match a player from the other team left a comment providing more details, even confirming that a player who had left had rejoined after playing two normal matches. I succeeded.
So far, there doesn’t seem to be any solution other than just dropping the match. While Overwatch 2 While there are certainly a lot of cool little touches and details, there are still plenty of things that players will be hoping to see improve over time. Players have already expressed concern over the Battle Pass grind and poor legendary cosmetic skins for several characters like the Junker Queen, but as a live service title, it’s likely that Blizzard will continue to tweak things over time.
